The Susana Knolls HOA Election was held at the April meeting. Serving a 2-year term are:

Secretary: Chris MacDonald
Neighborhood Rep4: Yuri Stravitsky
Neighborhood Rep5: Debra Mancuso
Neighborhood Rep6: Rod Montanio
At the April 2019 HOA meeting the offices of Vice President, Treasurer and 3 Neighborhood Reps will be up for election. Currently these positions are held by:
Vice President: Marie Mason
Treasurer: Kathyee Bartkowiak
Neighborhood Rep1: Dawn Kowalski
Neighborhood Rep2: Holly Huff
Neighborhood Rep3: Leslie Kemp

Supervisor District 4 – Meet the Candidates
A special meeting is scheduled for May 1, 7:00PM at the Depot for a Meet and Greet of the 3 Candidates for Ventura County Supervisor District 4. This office means a lot to the Knolls as the Supervisor votes on issues that affect our neighborhood. The Candidates are: Bernardo Perez, Bob Huber and Andy Waters. See you there.
Wildlife and Poison
The Knolls is home to many different kinds of wildlife including peacocks, raccoons, skunks, fox, bobcats, and more. Please keep our wildlife safe by not using poison for rodent control. It has a downstream affect since other wildlife eat the poisoned rodents and then they die.

Knolls Beautification Event
This year’s event is on Saturday, May 19th from 9:00AM – 1:00PM at Corriganville. (NOTE: This is a one time change and it will be back at the Santa Susana Park next year.) It is important that we participate so that we can continue to have this Free County sponsored event. You should be getting a flyer with important details about the the event via US mail or you can download it here.
Help Needed with HOA Sign
We lost one of our meeting signs during a windstorm. We are looking for someone to make another.
The HOA will cover the cost of supplies.

Help us keep the Knolls Informed
Help us reach everyone in the neighborhood. Talk to your neighbors about sending us their email address so we can add them to our neighborhood list. We keep the list private (really!) and do not share the email addresses with anyone. We also only send out information about the neighborhood — no spam.
